Texas Buckiin’
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. SirDavis American Whisky
- ¼ oz. Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz. Honey Syrup*
- 4 oz. Ginger Beer
- Garnish: Lemon Wedge
Preparation
- In a glass, pour SirDavis American Whisky over ice.
- Add fresh lemon juice and honey syrup, gently stir to mix ingredients.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lemon wedge.
*Honey Syrup
Ingredients
- 2 parts honey
- 1 part water
Preparation
- Add 2 parts honey and 1 part water into a small sauce pan over medium heat.
- Stir until honey is dissolved.
- Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container.
