Smoke & Mirrors
Ingredients
- 2 oz. 400 Conejos Mezcal
- .75 oz. Lime
- .25 oz. Agave Syrup
- 1.5 oz. Grapefruit
- 1 Big Ice Cube
- 1 Serrano Slice
- 1 Rosemary Sprig, for garnish
Preparation
- Torch rosemary and capture in glass.
- Add all Ingredients.
- Shake and strain.
- Top with soda.
- Add a torched rosemary sprig to glass as garnish.
