Pineapple Xpress

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Coconut Rum (Big Five Coconut)
  • 1 oz. White Rum (Bacardi Silver)
  • 1.5 oz. Pineapple Puree
  • 1.5 oz. Half And Half
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a pineapple copper mug (or glass of your choice) with ice.
  3. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
  4. Enjoy!
