Fortified Wine, Gin

Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1 oz. Sweetvermouth
  • Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Preparation

  1. Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until chilled and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  3. Express an orange peel over the top of the drink and top it in as a garnish.
