Ingredients

  • 3⁄4 oz. Absente Refined
  • 3⁄4 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 3⁄4 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3⁄4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash London Dry Gin
  • Lemon Twist (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a shaker tin.
  2. Fill shaker with ice and shake hard (8–10 seconds) until well chilled.
  3. Strain over fresh ice into a chilled highball glass.
  4. Express a lemon twist over the drink, rim the glass lightly, and discard or place neatly as garnish.
