Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Grey Goose Vodka
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz. St. Germain
  • Mint
  • Lemon

Preparation

  1. Combine the vodka, Pineapple juice and St. Germain in a shaker with ice.
  2. Double strain out into a coupe glass.
  3. Top with a mint sprig and a splash of Lemon.
  4. Serve!
