Mezcal Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz - Mezcal
  • .5 oz - Agave Syrup
  • 3-4 Dashes - Aromatic Bitters
  • Garnish: Orange Peel
  • Glassware: Old Fashioned

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into mixing glass without ice.
  2. Add ice and stir until chilled.
  3. Strain into the glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Express orange oils over glass.
  5. Garnish and enjoy.
