Ingredients
- 1 ¾ oz. Trece Colonias Blanco
- .15 oz. Aperol
- 1 oz. Morita Pepper–Infused Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz. Lime Juice
- ½ oz. Agave Syrup
Preparation
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple slice and morita pepper.
- Flame tableside for dramatic effect.
