Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ oz. Trece Colonias Blanco
  • .15 oz. Aperol
  • 1 oz. Morita Pepper–Infused Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Agave Syrup

Preparation

  1. Shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple slice and morita pepper.
  4. Flame tableside for dramatic effect.
