Lavender 75
Ingredients
- ¾ oz. Gin
- ½ oz. Monin Lavender Syrup
- ¼ oz. Monin Ube Syrup
- ½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Champagne
Preparation
- Shake and strain.
- Combine ingredients in a shaker in order listed except champagne.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Fill with sparkling beverage.
- Add garnish and serve.
