Preparation
- Combine liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice into a large rocks glass.
- Run the lemon peel around the rim of the glass then express over cocktail and discard.
- Garnish with a skewer of raspberries and a slapped sprig of mint.
- Enjoy!
