Jam Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz.  French Whisky
  • ¾ oz. lemon juice
  • ¼ oz. simple syrup
  • 2 tsp. Jam or marmalade
  • Dash of orange bitters

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled and the jam/marmalade dissolves.
  3. Double strain over ice into rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange twist.
