Jack Honey Sweetened Blackberry Tea
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
- Lemon Slices, Blackberries, and Mint for Garnish
- Blackberry Tea*
Preparation
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour 2 oz. of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey over the ice.
- Add the chilled sweetened blackberry tea to the glass.
- Stir gently to mix the honey whiskey with the tea.
- Garnish with lemon slices, blackberries, and a sprig of mint for a refreshing and aromatic touch.

Blackberry Tea*
Ingredients
- 2 cups Boiling Water
- 2 cups Ice Water
- 3 Large Tea Bags or 6 Regular Size
- 6 oz. Fresh Blackberries
- 2 Sprigs Mint
- 1 Lemon
- 2-4 tbsp. Simple Syrup
Preparation
- Start by boiling 2 cups of water. Once boiling, remove from heat.
- Add the 3 large tea bags (or 6 regular size) to the hot water. Let them steep for about 5 minutes. If you prefer stronger tea, allow the tea bags to steep a bit longer.
- Remove the tea bags and add 2-4 tablespoons of simple syrup, depending on your desired level of sweetness. Stir well to combine.
- Add 2 cups of ice water to the tea mixture to cool it down.
- In a separate bowl, muddle together 6 oz. of fresh blackberries, the leaves from 2 sprigs of mint, and the juice of 1 lemon.
- Combine the muddled blackberries, mint, and lemon mixture with the tea. Stir well.
- Strain the tea mixture to remove the solid bits, leaving a smooth, flavored tea.
- Refrigerate the tea until it is chilled.
