Into The Wind

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Scapegrace Dry Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Creme de Violette
  • 1/2 oz. clover honey
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
  • 3 blackberries

Preparation

  1. Muddle the blackberries in a shaker.
  2. Add all other ingredients and shake vigorously.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Garnish with activated sage leaf.
