Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. Edmond’s Honor Bourbon
  • ½ oz. Vecchio Amaro Del Capo
  • ½ oz. The Perfect Puree Tamarind
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White

Preparation

  1. Add all your ingredients to a shaker tin (dry shake) 8-10 times.
  2. Add ice to fill, Shake well and strain into chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish with lemon twist.
