Preparation
- Add all ingredients except grapefruit soda to cocktail tin.
- Fill tins with ice and quick shake (5-8 seconds).
- Strain into highball glass and fill with fresh ice.
- Top with grapefruit soda.
- Garnish with grapefruit half-moon.
