Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Hatozaki Finest Whisky
  • 1 oz Akashi Tai Umeshu Plum Sake
  • Topped with club soda
  • 3 dashes of Ginger Bitters

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a glass.
  2. Garnish with lemon twist peel.
