Green Mango Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz Green Mango-Infused 1800 Cristalino*
  • 0.5 oz Strega
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.25 oz Salers
  • 2 dashes Saline
  • 2 dashes Mango Sherbet**

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with a green mango slice.

*Green Mango-Infused 1800 Cristalino


Ingredients

  • 750ml of 1800 Cristalino
  • 1kg of peeled green mango

Preparation

  1. Combine 750ml of 1800 Cristalino with 1kg of peeled green mango cut into small pieces.
  2. Infuse overnight, then strain and bottle.

**Mango Sherbet


Ingredients

  • 500ml champagne vinegar
  • 150g of ripe mangos

Preparation

  1. Blend 500ml champagne vinegar with 150g of ripe mangos.
  2. Infuse overnight, then strain and bottle.
