Golden Vale

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Powers Irish Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz Ginger Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Honey syrup
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • Several sprigs of basil leaves

Preparation

  1. Add lemon juice and basil leaves to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Muddle into a pulp.
  3. Add all additional ingredients.
  4. Shake with ice.
  5. Fine strain into a rocks glass over several large pieces of cracked clear ice.
  6. Garnish with a dried lemon wheel and a sprig of basil.
