Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Jägermeister
  • 1 oz. Flor de Caña 4-year Gold Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Ginger Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. Orgeat
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • Heavy Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

Preparation

  1. Shake with a few pebbles.
  2. Pour over fresh pebble ice in a swizzle glass.
  3. Mound more on top like a snow cone and “paint” with Peychaud’s.
