Ingredients

  • Hibiscus Flowers
  • Sugar
  • Orange Zest
  • Water

Preparation

  1. Combine hibiscus flowers, sugar, orange and zest and water in a large pot.
  2. Simmer for 30 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool before straining out hibiscus flowers and orange.
  3. Serve over ice and garnish with a dry orange slice.
