Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Ilegal Joven Mezcal
  • .5 oz. La Gritona Reposado tequila
  • .5 oz. Empirical Spirits Ayuuk blend
  • 1.5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • .5 oz. Lime Juice
  • .5 oz. Chamomile Mint Syrup
  • Soda Water, to top

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients (except soda) to a tin with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig.
