Cosmo Play

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Smoke Lab Saffron Vodka 
  • ¾ oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • ¾ oz. Cilantro Simple Syrup*
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
  3. Garnish with saffron threads.

*Cilantro Simple Syrup

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of water
  • 8 cilantro sprigs

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients, then bring to a boil.
  2. Cool, then strain.
