Chocolate-Espresso Mezcal Martini

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Mezcal Espadín Gracias a Dios
  • 0.5 oz. Agave Syrup
  • 1 shot Double Espresso
  • ⅓ oz. Homemade bitter Allspice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Bitter chocolate

Preparation

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and add ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  3. Serve over a previously cold glass.
