Chocolate Cream S’mores

Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur⁠
  • 0.75 oz licor 43⁠
  • 0.50 oz graham cracker infused mezcal⁠
  • 0.50 oz half and half⁠
  • 0.25 oz vodka⁠

Preparation

  1. If desired, rim glass with chocolate syrup and crushed up graham cracker.
  2. Combine all in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake and strain into coupe.
  4. Garnish with a marshmallow if desired, and brulee.

Graham Cracker Mezcal


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mezcal
  • 1 graham cracker

Preparation

  1. Pour 1/2 cup mezcal over 1 graham cracker in a jar or container with lid.
  2. Let sit for 15 minutes, and then place into freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Strain out graham cracker with a fine mesh strainer.
