Brandy Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- Brandy
- 1 sugar cube
- 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Thick Half Wheel of an Orange
- 1 Luxardo Cherry
- 1 oz. Club Soda
Preparation
- In a 9 oz. rocks glass, add sugar cube, orange wheel, and cherry.
- Muddle until the mixture makes a thick paste.
- Add ice, then Brandy.
- Top with club soda. (In Wisconsin, folks ask for theirs either sweet – topped with Sprite – or Sour, with sour mix or something like Squirt.)
