Bottega Gianduia “Chocolate Passion”

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Bottega Gianduia Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 1 oz Sausage Tree Vodka
  • 1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • Raspberries (to garnish)

Preparation

  1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
  3. Garnish with raspberries and grated chocolate (optional) and enjoy!

Description

Gianduia Liqueur (pronounced  “gzee-an-du-ya”) is produced with a grappa-base that imparts a unique aromaticity, alongside cream obtained exclusively from Alpine milk, then infused with Gianduia chocolate.

It is the only chocolate liqueur containing grappa from the Veneto region with lovely hazelnut and cocoa flavors. Resembling chocolate milk in the glass, chocolate-lovers will enjoy this velvety, luscious, dessert-like sipper.
