Black Beauty

Ingredients
- 1.5 parts Goslings Black Seal Rum
- 1/2 part Simple Syrup
- 3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2-3 Fresh Blackberries
- Juice of half a Lime
- 3 parts Soda Water
- Dash of Aromatic Bitters
Preparation
- Muddle the fresh blackberries, fresh mint leaves, simple syrup and the juice of half a lime.
- Add the rum and shake over ice.
- Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and top with soda water to taste.
