Ingredients

  • 1½ parts The Whistler Irish Honey
  • ½ part lavender simple syrup
  • 3 parts tonic water (to top)
  • Lemon curl, sprig of lavender (optional garnish)

Preparation

  1. Fill a lowball glass with ice.
  2. Add ingredients, top with tonic water, and stir gently.
  3. Garnish with a lemon curl and a sprig of lavender.
