Batched Carmelized Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients
- For 50 servings:
- 2 ½ liters Tequila Cazadores Blanco
- 3 jars The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
- 15 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed
- 30 oz. Simple Syrup
- 50 oz. Water
- For 100 servings:
- 4 liters Tequila Cazadores Blanco
- 4 jars The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
- 1 jar The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed
- 60 oz. Simple Syrup
- 100 oz. Water
Preparation
- In a large container combine all ingredients, stir well and serve over ice.
