Preparation
- Put all ingredients (except club soda) in a shaker and shake well with ice.
- Strain into Collins glass over fresh Kold Draft ice.
- Top with soda, garnish, and enjoy!

*Raspberry Syrup
Ingredients
- 300 g Raspberry
- 300 g Water
- 400 g Sugar
- Half Lemon (½ lemon juice)
Preparation
- Heat water and dissolve sugar in the heated water.
- Add raspberries and blanched raspberries for two minutes.
- Let it cool down for five minutes and then blend at #5, add half a lemon while you blend it.
- Once that is put in a quart container, strain the stuff that sits on top.
