Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. SMOKE LAB Aniseed Vodka
- 1 oz. Galliano L' Auntentico Liqueur
- 2 oz. Sparkling Wine
- 2 Sprigs of Thyme
- 1 tsp. Brown Sugar/Cinnamon Mixture, for half rim
- Lemon Twist
Preparation
- Half rim a coupe with brown sugar/cinnamon mixture.
- Combine Smoke Lab Aniseed Vodka, Galliano, and thyme in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and fine strain into the half-rimmed coupe.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Express lemon twist over cocktail and then discard.
