- 1 1/2 Highclere Castle gin
- 1/2 trasanejo vino de Malaga (or amontillado sherry)
- 3/4 toasted hazelnut infused tempus fugit creme de cacao
- 2 oz espresso
- 2 dash Scrappy lavender bitters
- 2 dash Scrappy NW alpine bitters
