Heatwave

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Smoke Lab Saffron
  • 1 ¼ oz. Carrot/Coconut/Turmeric/Hot Honey Syrup*
  • ¾ oz. Lemon
  • ½ oz. Fever Tree Yuzu Lime Soda

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin (except soda), shake, strain over KD in a Collins, top with Yuzu/Lime Soda.
  2. Garnish with A dehydrated lime wheel resting on a makrut leaf.

*Carrot Syrup


Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Carrot/Ginger Juice
  • 5 oz. Coconut Puree
  • 1 6 oz. Mike’s Hot Honey
  • 6 Pieces of Ginger
  • Barspoon of Xanthan Gum

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a Cambro.
  2. Using a hand blender, pulse for 3-4 minutes or until ingredients are thoroughly integrated.
  3. Fine strain.
  4. Date and label.

Big Breezy

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Anise Vodka
  • ½ oz. Mint Tea
  • 1 oz. Watermelon Syrup
  • ¾ oz. Lemon
  • Top With Soda

Preparation

  1. Build in Collins glass. Garnish with cucumber, star anise, mint plouche.
