Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Smoke Lab Saffron
- 1 ¼ oz. Carrot/Coconut/Turmeric/Hot Honey Syrup*
- ¾ oz. Lemon
- ½ oz. Fever Tree Yuzu Lime Soda
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin (except soda), shake, strain over KD in a Collins, top with Yuzu/Lime Soda.
- Garnish with A dehydrated lime wheel resting on a makrut leaf.
*Carrot Syrup
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Carrot/Ginger Juice
- 5 oz. Coconut Puree
- 1 6 oz. Mike’s Hot Honey
- 6 Pieces of Ginger
- Barspoon of Xanthan Gum
Preparation
- Add ingredients to a Cambro.
- Using a hand blender, pulse for 3-4 minutes or until ingredients are thoroughly integrated.
- Fine strain.
- Date and label.

- 1 ½ oz. Anise Vodka
- ½ oz. Mint Tea
- 1 oz. Watermelon Syrup
- ¾ oz. Lemon
- Top With Soda
Preparation
- Build in Collins glass. Garnish with cucumber, star anise, mint plouche.
