Here’s the Sweet Little Mystery cocktail created by Chilled 100 Member Paula Lukas, NYC Freelance bartender and bar consultant. It’s a beautifully made sipper perfect for your Bastille Day Celebrations.
Sweet Little Mystery
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Guerin Dry Red Vermouth
- 1 oz Bimini Coconut Gin
- 1 oz Giffard Creme de Fraise des Boise Liqueur
- 1 oz Tart Cherry Juice
- 1/2 oz Apricot Nectar
- 1 tsp mixture of Ground Coconut, Pink Sugar Crystals and Sea Salt (rim)
- 2 Sprigs of Mint (for garnish)
Preparation: Rim Mason jar with coconut, sugar and sea salt mixture Combine liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in rimmed mason jar. Garnish with two slapped sprigs of mint.

Fruit Punch for the Sippers
Ingredients:
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Guerin Red Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Poire Liquour (Noces Royales)
- 1/2 Sancere White (Jean-Luc Millet)
- 1/4 oz Apricot liquour (The Bitter Truth)
- Dash peach bitters (Fee’s Brothers)
- 1/2 oz Dry Apple Cider (Cidre Bouche)
Preparation: Add rum, vermouth, pear liquor, apricot liquor, peach bitters and wine into the mixing glass. Fill with ice. Stir for 12-15 seconds and strain to a well-chilled stemless wine glass. top it with the cider. Squeeze grapefruit oil on top of the drink. Go around the rim with the peel. Drop it to the cocktail.
