Lowcountry Lilt

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz Penelope Beaufain Bourbon
  • ½ oz White Crème de Cacao
  • ¼ oz Bitter Aperitif (such as Aperol or similar)
  • ¼ oz Orgeat Syrup
  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 drops Aromatic Bitters
  • 2 drops Saline Solution
  • Long Lemon Curl (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients (except the garnish) into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake firmly for 5-6 seconds.
  3. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Garnish with a long lemon curl.
