Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Lagavulin 16 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 1.0 oz Cointreau
  • 1.0 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.25 oz Agave Nectar
  • 2-3 slices of Jalapeno

Preparation

  1. Muddle jalapeno slices in a shaker, then add remaining ingredients.
  2. Shake well and double strain over ice into a rocks glass with a Tajin rim.
  3. Garnish with a lime slice.
