Warner's Negroni

Ingredients

  • 25ml Warner's Harrington Dry Gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth

Preparation

  1. Pour all of the ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass, stir for 60 seconds, and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  2. Garnish with an orange peel, sit back, relax, and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Yu Gin
  • ¾ oz. Guerin Vermouth Dry White
  • 1 oz. Yuzu fruit juice
  • ½ oz. Simple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine Yu Gin, Guerin Vermouth Dry White, yuzu fruit juice, and simple syrup in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with citrus twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ ounces 135 East Hyogo Dry Gin
  • 1 ¼ ounces Campari
  • 1 ¼ ounces sweet vermouth
  • 1 orange peel

Preparation

  1. Combine gin, Campari, and vermouth in a large mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass with a large square ice cube and garnish with an orange peel.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Monkey 47
  • 1 parts Dry Vermouth
  • 1 pinch Mustard powder
  • Glass: Coupe

Preparation

  • 50ml Inverroche Amber
  • 7.5ml homemade rooibos and black cherry syrup
  • 3-4 dashes angostrura bitters
  • Garnish with orange peel and a black cherry

Preparation

  1. Fill the mixing flass with ice, add the gin, syrup and bitters and stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  3. Express the oil of an orange twist over the glass, then drop into the glass to garnish

  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup (or to taste)
  • 2-3 oz. Club Soda
  • Garnish with a Lemon Slice and/or Cherry

Preparation

  1. Build the cocktail over ice in a Collins glass (or highball), in the order listed above.
  2. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon, orange, and/or cherry.
