Santo Contra Los Zombies

Ingredients

  • 2oz 123 Organic Tequila Blanco
  • ¼ oz D’Aristi Xtabentun Liquer
  • ½ oz Orange Liqueur
  • 2 oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Pomegranate Juice

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in glass.
  • Mezcal San Cosme

    Award-winning San Cosme Mezcal is produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, from 100% espadín agave that is cooked for three days with mesquite wood in a time-honored conical earthen pit oven, creating an incredible taste experience.

Mezcal Sunset

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Mezcal San Cosme
  • 20 ml Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Triple Sec
  • 2 oz passion fruit pulp

Preparation

  1. Pour all ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice, shake firmly.
  2. Serve the drink in a cold frozen coupette glass.
  3. Garnish with some orange peel.
  • Ghost Tequila

    Ghost is an exceptionally balanced, spicy 100% Weber Blue Agave tequila. Created behind a bar and perfected in Jalisco, Mexico, Ghost adds the ideal amount of heat to make any drink – especially a Margarita – smoother, spicier, and more exciting.

Ghost Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Ghost Tequila
  • ½ oz. watermelon liqueur
  • ¼ lime juice

Preparation

  1. Measure and pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into a shot glass.
  5. Salt rim, half the glass, with Tajín.
