This VSOP Rye Cask Finish is a blend of Calvados Pays d’Auge aged in oak barrels in our cellars in Normandy, followed by a stay of 12 weeks in casks that previously contained American Rye Whiskey. Aromas of vanilla, hazelnut, almond, and rye bread combine with flavors of oven-cooked apple, dried fruit, crême brûlée, with a hint of corn. A smooth, long finish with hints of vanilla and licorice.

The Millionaire Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Calvados Boulard VSOP Rye Cask Finish
  • 1 oz Bergamot liqueur
  • 1 oz Absinthe
  • 2/3 oz Fresh Lemon juice
  • 2/3 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Edible dehydrated violet flowers to garnish

Preparation

  1. Dry shake all ingredients in a shaker for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shake again for another 30 sec, or until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with the edible violet flowers & enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon
  • ¼ oz. simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel for garnish

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a highball whiskey glass.
  2. Stir gently.
  3. Twist orange peel above the glass, and place into your cocktail.

Preparation

  1. Add Barenjager Honey Bourbon into a rocks glass with ice.

Clonakilty Irish Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Clonakilty Double Oak Whiskey
  • 1 tsp of Muscavado Brown Sugar
  • 5 oz Fresh Brewed Coffee
  • Top w Heavy Cream*

Preparation

  1. Fill Glass with Hot Water to warm glass; empty water when warm.
  2. Add Clonakilty Double Oak Whiskey.
  3. Add spoonful of Muscavado Brown Sugar.
  4. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Add Fresh, Brewed Coffee. Pour Fresh Cream over bar spoon to float.
  6. Sprinkle with Cocoa Powder if desired.

Additional Notes

*Fill Clonakilty Shaker with cold Heavy Cream, add a pinch of Sea Salt. Shake thoroughly for 2mins at beginning of day. Will aerate cream to layer on top of coffee. Store in ice or cold fridge. Give quick shake prior to each drink.
