4 Must Mix Holiday Cocktails from Mount Gay Rum

Mount Gay Rum has created four new must mix cocktails for this holiday season.

Merry Maple Sour
Merry Maple Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Mount Gay XO
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon
- 1/2 oz. Maple
- 1/2 oz. Egg White
Preparation: Add all ingredients into shaker. Dry shake, then shake with ice. Find strain into chilled coupe. Express lemon oils over the surface. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Beet, Drink and Be Merry
Beet, Drink and be Merry
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Mount Gay Black Barrel
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime
- 1 oz. Beet Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Preparation: Add all ingredients to shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Chalet Chai
Chalet Chai
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Mount Gay Black Barrel
- 3 oz. Coconut Milk
- 3 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Chai Syrup
Preparation: Add all ingredients to shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain over ice in Collins glass. Garnish with pineapple or lime zest.

Toasted Almond
Toasted Almond
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Mount Gay XO
- 3 oz. Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 oz. Clove Syrup
Preparation: Add all ingredients to shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into chilled rocks glass. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
