Merry & Bright

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Dewar’s 12-Year-Old
  • 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Vanilla Bean Syrup
  • 2 tsp. Fig Preserves
  • Top with Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé

Preparation

  1. Shake ingredients (sans bubbles) and strain into glass over fresh ice.
  2. Top with bubbles.
  3. Garnish with thyme sprig and fresh fig slices.

Cranberry Collins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Dewar’s 12-Year-Old
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup​
  • Ocean Spray Sparkling Cranberry Juice

Preparation

  1. Shake Dewar’s, syrup and juice with ice and pour into highball glass.
  2. Top with sparkling cranberry juice.
  3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds & rosemary sprig.​

Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Dewar’s 12-Year-Old​
  • 3/4 oz. Tempus Fugit Crème de Banane Liqueur​
  • 2 tbsp. Hot Buttered Dram Batter*
  • Top with Hot Water​

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to glass and top with hot water.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

Hot Buttered Dram Batter*


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 lb. light or dark brown sugar (replace up to 1/2 lb. with confectioner’s sugar)
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon​
  • 1 tbsp. nutmeg​
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves​

Preparation

  1. Add butter, sugar and spices to a stand mixer or mixing bowl and combine until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Store covered in the refrigerator.​
