Japanese Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Hatozaki Whisky
• 1/4 oz. Amontillado Sherry
• 1/4 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
• 4 dash Molasses Bitters

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill, strain into.

Cardenal Old Fashioned

Ingredients: 

• 2 oz. Cardenal Mendoza
• 1/2 oz. Cardenal Mendoza Angelus
• 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Bitters

Preparation: Stir well and pour over ice. Garnish with an orange slice and 2 cocktail cherries. Enjoy!
