National Vodka Day might be tomorrow in the US, but the Vodka of Tomorrow is already celebrating.

To help celebrate National Vodka Day, the team at Broken Shed paired up with three Chilled 100 Bartenders and challenged them to create one-of-a-kind cocktails. Each cocktail uses stunning autumnal ingredients to highlight the crisp, premium vodka made from pure spring water and highest-quality distilled whey.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Broken Shed Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Clove and Honey Syrup*
  • 2 bar spoons Fig Jam
  • 1 egg white

Preparation: Dry shake egg white; add ice and all other ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with dehydrated fig and edible gold leaf.

*Clove and Honey Syrup

  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp. Whole Cloves

Preparation: Bring to a boil and heat until slightly thickened. Strain and chill.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Broken Shed Vodka
  • 1 oz. Fresh Apple Cinnamon Cardamon Syrup*
  • 1/2 oz. fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz. fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Elderflower Liquor

Preparation: Add ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with apple. Apple cinnamon cardamom syrup= equal parts fresh pressed apple juice and a 1:1 cinnamon cardamom demerara syrup= 2 cups water 2 cups demerara sugar 6 cinnamon sticks and 6 broken cardamom pods. Cook for 5 min on med heat strain and use when cool.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 oz. Broken Shed Vodka
  • 1 dash Homemade Vanilla Bitters
  • 1 1/4 oz. 6 Spice Pear Rhubarb Honey Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice

Preparation: Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. For 6 spice pear rhubarb honey create a 2:1 honey syrup with cinnamon stick, cardamom, ginger, clove, and allspice.
