All the Feels
by The Shaker & Vine, Schenectady, NY
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
- 2 oz. House-made Brownie Syrup*
- 2 oz. Fresh Cream
- 2 dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters
Preparation
- Shake and serve in a chocolate swirled coupe.
- Garnish with a crushed Oreo cookie rim and a heart arrow skewered mini brownie bite.
House-made Brownie Syrup
Ingredients
- Brownie mix
Preparation
- 1:1 simple syrup substituting sugar with brownie mix
Chocolate Swirl Martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Baileys Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 oz. Ketel One Vodka
- 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
- Foam Topping with Chocolate Swirl*
- Glassware: Martini Glass
- Garnish: Foam Topping with Chocolate Swirl
Preparation
- Add Baileys Chocolate Liqueur, Ketel One Vodka and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and fine strain into a coupe or martini glass.
- Whip heavy cream and sugar to very soft peaks using a whisk.
- Pour over the cocktail, and top with three drops of chocolate syrup or melted chocolate.
- Run a toothpick through the dots to create chocolate hearts.
Additional Notes
for the *Foam Topping with Chocolate Swirl mix 0.5 cup Heavy Cream, 1.5 Tbsp Sugar and 2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup or Melted Chocolate
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings.
Be Mine Cherry Sour
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Crown Royal Chocolate Flavored Whisky
- 1 oz. Tart Cherry Juice
- 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Cocktail Foamer (Optional)
- Glassware: Coupe Glass
- Garnish: Shaved Chocolate
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker.
- Shake until chilled and double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnished with shaved chocolate.
The Aviation
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 Crème de Violette
- 0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Glassware: Coupe Glass
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a cherry.
Non-Alcoholic Cosmopolitan
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Ritual Gin Alternative
- 0.5 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 0.5 oz. Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
- Glassware: Coupe Glass
- Garnish: Lime Wheel
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
Lowcountry Lilt

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ oz Penelope Beaufain Bourbon
- ½ oz White Crème de Cacao
- ¼ oz Bitter Aperitif (such as Aperol or similar)
- ¼ oz Orgeat Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 3 drops Aromatic Bitters
- 2 drops Saline Solution
- Long Lemon Curl (for garnish)
Preparation
- Add all ingredients (except the garnish) into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake firmly for 5-6 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with a long lemon curl.
Orient Ember
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Tequila Don Julio 1942
- 1 oz. Tangerine Juice
- ⅓ oz. Goji Berry Syrup
- ⅓ oz. Thai Tea
- Glassware: Rocks Glass
- Garnish: Candied Plum Spheres
Preparation
- Add ingredients into a strainer with ice and shake thoroughly.
- Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with candied plum spheres, then lightly mist vanilla over the drink.
