Mistletoe Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Astral Tequila Blanco
  • ¾ oz. Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz. Pomegranate Juice
  • ½ oz. Agave Nectar
  • Glassware: Rocks Glass
  • Garnish: Toasted Rosemary Sprig

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  2. Garnish with a sprig of toasted rosemary.

Baileys Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp Hot Chocolate Powder
  • 3 oz. Milk
  • Glassware: Mug
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Cocoa Powder

Preparation

  1. Combine hot chocolate powder and milk in a mug.
  2. Add Baileys Original Irish Cream and stir to combine.
  3. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Rye Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Bulleit Rye
  • ½ oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 Macerated Cherry
  • Glassware: Coupe
  • Garnish: Lemon Peel & Cherry

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients and stir and strain into a coupe cocktail glass.
  2. Garnish with a lemon peel and cherry.

Merry Banana Brew Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz. Crown Royal Salted Caramel
  • ¾ oz. Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
  • ¾ oz. Cold Brew Concentrate
  • ½ oz. Banana Liqueur
  • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
  • Optional: Brûléed Banana
  • Glassware: Coupe
  • Garnish: Bruléed Banana

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a serving glass with fresh ice.
  3. Top with banana slices and cane sugar.
  4. Torch for 10-15 secs until brown and bubbling.

Fireside Bold Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. DELEÓN Añejo
  • ¾ oz. Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
  • 4 dashes Orange and Mole Bitters
  • Glassware: Rocks
  • Garnish: Orange Peel

Preparation

  1. Gently stir ingredients in a separate glass.
  2. Strain into rocks glass, add garnish, and serve.

Tequila Mini Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Tequila Don Julio 1942
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Glassware: Coupe
  • Garnish: Fresh Cherry

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass.
  2. Stir for about 15 to 20 seconds.
  3. Strain over a coupe glass filled with ice and garnish.

Coquito Con Ritmo

Ingredients

  • 21 oz. Buchanan’s 12-Year DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whisky
  • 15 oz. Coconut Cream
  • 13.5 oz. Coconut Milk
  • 12 oz. Evaporated Milk
  • 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • Glassware: Rocks
  • Garnish: Shaved Nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Mix the Buchanan’s DeLuxe 12 YO, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
  2. Stir until combined and chill before serving.

Cinnamon Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Old Parr 12
  • ¼ oz. Cinnamon Syrup
  • Squeeze of Lemon
  • Premium Club Soda, to top
  • Glassware: Rocks
  • Garnish: Cinnamon stick

Preparation

  1. Combine Old Parr 12, cinnamon syrup and squeeze of a lemon into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  3. Top with a premium club soda and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Hot Toddy

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Johnnie Walker Black Label
  • ½ oz. Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. Honey
  • Glassware: Brandy Glass or Mug
  • Garnish: Sprig of Toasted Rosemary or Star Anise with Cinnamon Stick

Preparation

  1. Heat up 3.4 oz of water until hot.
  2. Add water to a brandy glass with Johnnie Walker Black Label, lemon juice, and honey.
  3. Lightly stir everything together and garnish with a toasted rosemary sprig or a star anise and cinnamon stick.

Classic Dry Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Tanqueray No. TEN Gin
  • ¾ oz. Dry Vermouth
  • 2 Orange Bitters
  • Glassware: Martini
  • Garnish: Grapefruit Twist

Preparation

  1. Add Tanqueray No. TEN Gin, Dry Vermouth, and 2 Orange Bitters dashes to mixing glass.
  2. Stir and strain into chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with expressed manicured grapefruit twist.
