Vida Tequila Valentine’s Day Cocktail

Vida Tequila has a wonderful Valentines Day Cocktail using Vida Tequila Reposado. Stunning in scent and smooth in body. The tequila, which is 100% Agave Tequilana Weber, is aged in American white oak barrels for six months, helping to create a smoky flavor with light citrus undertones. The complex agave tones mixed with oak dominance create a delightful aftertaste – and thus, perfection is achieved.
Vida’s Valentines Day Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 part Vida Reposado
- 2 parts Prickly Pear Cactus Juice
- 3 leaves of mint muddled
- Splash of Hibiscus water (for tartness)
- Splash of lime
Preparation
- Muddle the mint in the tequila and then add all ingredients and shake
- Blend 1 part mint into 3 parts salt in a food processor or coffee grinder
- Garnish glass with a mint salt rim.
