Concannon Vineyard Announces Inaugural Wine on Tap Offering

concannon vineyards logoConcannon Vineyard introduces another progressive step in the winery’s commitment to sustainability and environmental conservation, announcing its first-ever wine on tap. In partnership with Free Flow Wines, the pioneer of premium wine on tap, Concannon 2011 Conservancy Cabernet Sauvignon is now available to on-premise establishments nationally in a reusable 19.5 liter stainless steel keg, the equivalent to 26 standard wine bottles.

concannon tapIdeal for restaurants, wine bars and any establishment that serves wine by the glass, wine on tap maintains wine integrity from the barrel to the glass, while offering operators the benefits of a more economical by the glass price, more storage space, the elimination of spoilage and better efficiencies resulting in less waste. Preserved by a combination of inert gases, 75% nitrogen and 25% carbon dioxide, Concannon Conservancy Cabernet Sauvignon will remain fresh for up to six weeks after being tapped.
