Give this Valentine’s Day cocktail a mix from Steak 954, Fort Lauderdale.
Tuesday I’m in Love
- 1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Creme de Violette (Suggested: Rothman & Winter)
- Approx. 1 oz. of Prosseco for a Float
- Heart Shaped Ice Cube, Made with Frozen Pomegranate Juice
Preparation: Combine vodka, lemon, simple and Creme de Violette in mixing glass and stir until cold. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with Prosseco float. Carefully place heart cube in center of drink. Add a few edible flowers for color.
