A sweet medicinal tonic that was rather pleasant to take - In the past, this was used to describe what a Cordial is all about

Today I'm using a non-alcoholic syrupy "Chicha Morada" Cordial - based on a Peruvian natural Purple Corn superfood
🎍
This pre-Inca Empire Purple Brew is infused with natural botanicals, and blended with unrefined sugar - bursting with flavors such as citrus fruits, pineapples, and spices such as cinnamon
🎍
This was of course a excellent excuse for me to make a Summery Cocktail, still having Sunny Patio days, and the Patio Moment was just excellent

SO CHICHA

5 cl Gin (@gentlemans_gin )
1.5 cl White Vermouth
1 cl Chicha Morada Cordial (@amaizedrinks )
2.5 cl Freshly squeezed Lime Juice
Top with Organic Ginger Beer
Shake all, except Ginger Beer, with plenty of Ice 🧊
Strain into a cocktail glass filled with fresh ice 🧊
Garnish dried Tea leafs
Enjoy

Today’s drink takes the ever-so-favorite Whiskey Sour and I’ve sweetened it with some homemade cinnamon syrup and blood orange liqueur. Top it with a dusting of cinnamon powder and throw on some leaves I found outside and you got yourself Autumn in a glass 😄🍂 Cheers everyone, stay safe, stay healthy!

1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Blood Orange Liqueur @fabrizia_limoncello
.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
.75 oz Lemon Juice
Egg White

Add all ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake first, then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon powder.

This blackberry daiquiri has elderflower, lavender, and sage infused rum. Fall into Daiquiri 2 oz sage infused white rum @bacardiusa
3/4 oz elderflower liqueur @stgermainuk
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz lavender simple syrup
5 blackberries Muddle fresh blackberries with lemon juice and add everything to your shaker. Double strain into chilled coupe and garnish with additional blackberries. .
