Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 1 3\/4 oz. Humboldt\u2019s Finest<\/p>\n

\u2022 1\/4 oz. Green Chartreuse<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a03\/4 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice<\/p>\n

\u2022 1\/2 oz. simple syrup<\/p>\n

\u2022 1\/4 of a small yellow bell pepper<\/p>\n

\u2022 Fresh oregano (3 leaves plus 1 stem for garnish)<\/em><\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/strong> Add 1 heaping tbsp of chopped pepper to shaker, muddle well, add 3 slightly smashed oregano leaves (use fingers to release oils), Humboldt\u2019s Finest, Green Chartreuse, lime and simple syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously, strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with oregano sprig and cut pepper wedge.<\/em><\/p>\n
